This is a quantitative evaluation of the programme between 1999 and 2004. The study examines the performance of the New ERA programme across 3 domains; increased access from disadvantaged school, retention rates and overall exam performance.

Directions

From the Clonskeagh Entrance

  • Take the first left hand turn at the roundabout.
  • The Heath Sciences Building is directly ahead after you round the curve.
  • Car Park One is between the Health Sciences Building and The Student Centre.
  • Turn into Car-Park One (P1) at the T junction.

 

From the N11

  • The Health Sciences Building is not directly accessible from the N11 Entrance.
  • The nearest car park is Car Park 2 near O' Reilly Hall.
  • Once you enter UCD go straight ahead
  • Take the first right and then the first left, following the signs for O' Reilly Hall
  • From Car Park Two (P2) the Health Sciences Building is a 3-4 min walk
  • On foot exit Car Park Two from the opposite side to the one you entered
  • Keep right and pass the egg sculpture
  • The Health Sciences Building should be a 3 min walk ahead
  • If Car Park Two is full, the closest car park is Car Park Three (P3).
